These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ChillBar Delivery Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by ChillBar Delivery (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Alberta, Canada. By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program
   • To participate in the Program, you must submit an application through the Affiliate Program form on our website.
   • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
   • Promotional Activities:
     • You agree to promote ChillBar Delivery responsibly through your approved platforms (e.g., social media, blog, website).
     • You must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical advertising practices.
   • Compliance with Laws:
     • All promotional activities must comply with applicable Canadian laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and the promotion of alcohol.
   • Prohibited Content:
     • You may not promote ChillBar Delivery on websites or platforms containing illegal, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
3. Affiliate Links and Codes
   • Upon approval, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link or promotional code to track referrals.
   • You may only use your assigned link or code; sharing or transferring it to another party is prohibited.
   • Any modification of the affiliate link or code without prior approval may result in termination from the Program.
4. Commissions and Payments
   • Commission Structure:
     • Commissions are earned based on successful referrals resulting in completed sales.
     • The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate account approval email.
   • Tracking and Validation:
     • Referrals will be tracked using your unique affiliate link or code.
     • Sales must meet the following criteria to qualify for commission:
       • The sale must be completed and not refunded or canceled.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • Commissions will be paid monthly, provided your total earnings meet the minimum payout threshold of [Insert Amount, e.g., $50].

   • Taxes:

5. Termination

     • Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of fraud or violation of these Terms.
6. Liability
   • ChillBar Delivery is not responsible for:
     • Losses incurred due to downtime or tracking failures.
     • Unsuccessful referrals or failure to meet payout thresholds.
7. Confidentiality
   • You must not disclose any confidential information, including commission rates, referral tracking data, or other proprietary details, to third parties without our written consent.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
   • Any personal data collected during the Program will be handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta.
   • You may not access or misuse customer data obtained through your referrals.
9. Amendments
   • ChillBar Delivery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Alberta law.
