These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”)
and ChillBar Delivery (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Alberta, Canada. By submitting the Retail
Partner application and partnering with ChillBar Delivery, you agree to the following Terms:
- Eligibility
- To become a Retail Partner, you must:
- Be a legally registered business in Canada.
- Hold all required licenses and permits for the sale of alcohol or other products
offered through our platform.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process,
including your business name, address, contact details, and inventory details.
- Vendor Obligations
- Compliance:
- You are responsible for ensuring that all products comply with applicable
federal, provincial, and municipal laws, including those regulating the sale of
alcohol and age restrictions.
- Product Information:
- You agree to provide accurate product details, including descriptions, pricing,
stock levels, and applicable taxes.
- Inventory Management:
- You must maintain accurate inventory levels and promptly update any changes to
product availability.
- ChillBar Delivery Responsibilities
- Platform Access:
- Upon approval, you will be granted access to the Vendor Dashboard to manage your
inventory, pricing, and orders.
- Order Management:
- ChillBar Delivery facilitates the placement of customer orders and ensures
delivery logistics are handled efficiently.
- Financial Terms
- Payouts:
- ChillBar Delivery will remit payments for completed sales to the bank account
specified in your application.
- Payouts will be made on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed.
- Commission Fees:
- A commission fee will be deducted from the sale price as per the agreement. The
applicable rate will be communicated upon account setup.
- Taxes:
- You are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes on products
sold through the platform.
- Vendor Conduct
- Prohibited Activities:
- You may not engage in activities that harm ChillBar Delivery’s reputation,
including but not limited to selling counterfeit, expired, or illegal products.
- Customer Interactions:
- All customer inquiries and complaints must be handled professionally and
referred to ChillBar Delivery when necessary.
- Product Quality and Returns
- Quality Assurance:
- You are responsible for ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Returns and Refunds:
- ChillBar Delivery will handle customer returns and refunds. Any disputes
regarding returns will be resolved in consultation with you.
- Termination
- By Vendor:
- You may terminate your partnership with ChillBar Delivery by providing 30 days’
written notice.
- By ChillBar Delivery:
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms,
violate applicable laws, or fail to meet quality standards.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Vendor Data:
- Your business and personal information will be handled in compliance with the
Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta.
- Customer Data:
- You must not access, store, or misuse customer data obtained through ChillBar
Delivery.
- Amendments
- ChillBar Delivery reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be
communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the platform
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes
will be resolved in accordance with Alberta law.

By submitting the Retail Partner application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to these Terms and Conditions.
